Shipping & Returns

We remain commited to maintaining our usual shipping schedules, however, we do anticipate delays in order processing and shipping. Please be patient.  
If you need your order within 3 to 5 business days we recommend contacting us prior to using Express Shipping.

Please allow between 3-5 days for processing and 7-10 days for shipping. If more than 10 days have passed please check your e-mail for your order tracking number. If you cannot locate it, please call or email us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.


Due to the personal nature of our garments, returns will be limited. We will refund unused, unworn, non-manipulated garments if returned within 21 days of receipt. Please call (347) 76 CURVY (28789) to obtain a return cofirmation number. If 21 days have past since your order was received or if products have been used or manipulated in any way, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges will be granted (if applicable) at our discretion. 

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error may not be exchanged or returned. 

Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery and not worn or used may be eligible for a boutique credit at our discretion. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days, less shipping.


 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error within the 21 day return window. If you need to exchange an item for an alternate size, please send us an email, call, or text us.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code for the value of the item will be emailed to you for use at your leasure.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
